"We purchased 2 leather pinnacle rocker/recliners. They are absolutely the best, love the comfort, style, size, just everything abut them. Dimensions of these chair are perfect for a average person, most recliners are so large they are not comfortable, they are usually so bulky and take up so much space not these they are just the right size. We are now thinking of purchasing 2 more for our family room to replace out currant recliners that are not lazy boy. We'll definitely choose the pinnacle design in lazy boy again."

"Received my Reclina-Rocker last month and love it. The past 10 years I was using my husband's LazBoy which was to large for me. Thought it was comfortable but now realize it was not. This supports my lower back and my neck properly and I upgraded to the memory form.

"This is the most comfortable chair I've ever owned, and may be the most comfortable I've ever sat in. It envelops you and if I'm not careful puts me right to sleep! Good advice for our salesperson pointed us to the right product."

"Just received my leather Power XL.
Very comfortable for me. (6' 5")
Looks great, as we went for the dark brown leather with power lumbar and head rest etc. Accents the rest of out leather living-room set. It will be interesting to see how the power tilt/leg rest survives after a couple years use.
Lumbar support is great as is the head rest re: watching tv when inclined as the head rest will tilt your head to the TV."

"About 2 1/2 years ago I bought this recliner because it was the perfect size for me. The seat allows me to sit with my feet on the floor. That one is not power. Since I am having trouble with my knees, I decided to look for a power chair and while at the La-z-Boy store I tried out many power chairs and then I spotted the Pinnacle power chair in the same exact leather that I have and sat in it and it felt just as comfortable as the one I already have at home so I decided to buy it. It's exact in every way except it is power. I was trying to sell my older one but then realized it would fit very nicely in my bedroom where I can now watch TV or read in comfort there."

"I purchased two of these in leather, and after using them in the real word for one month, am more than happy with my purchase. I am tall, and was mainly concerned with lumbar support, as well as overall comfort/build quality, and did try many different chairs and brands before selecting the Pinnacle. If you're tall and slender, give this one a try. Build quality and comfort are above the rest!"

"This is my second La-Z-Boy recliner. The first one lasted 25 years and was replaced only because it cost more to get it reupholstered than purchase a new one. I opted for the memory foam seat, which tends to make the seat seem a little higher off the floor than the standard foam. Really like the swivel and glider features, but it doesn't recline quite as much as I'd like."

"Bought two of these for our condo, with the swivel glider configuration. The glider action is so relaxing. Also love the many ways to recline, either with or without raising the footrest. The problem now is staying awake watching TV! Love them so much we just ordered another one."

"Love this recliner. The fabric is a great quality and easy to take care of. This chair is very comfortable. I am short (5'2") and was looking for a recline in which the head rest was at the right level and didn't throw my head forward. This chair fits me perfectly. This was an excellent choice for me in chair size and price."

"I've had a few recliners over the years but they were all designed for men. What this meant for me was that they were too big and hit my neck in such a way they they pushed my hear forward and ultimately became uncomfortable. Recently I've had medical treatment that effected my shoulder, neck and back. Because this recliner is smaller and because the back and headrest are infinitely adjustable my head and neck are much more comfortable. Also, the lumbar support has made a big difference in my back. My only wish is that there was some kind of manual override so that I didn't have to use the controls every time I wanted to reach for something on the floor or get out of the chair. I just received the chair last week so I'm getting used to pushing buttons to get out of the chair but still find it a little annoying."

"This chair is absolutely what I hoped for! I looked at it for a year before purchasing. I love the swivel and glide. Even my husband thought it was the most comfortable chair. I thought it would be the "most comfortable grandmother chair" because it seems to fit women very well. We don't get lost in it. Love the glide, love the swivel. Glad I finally bought it."

"I love rocking chairs. I wanted one for my bedroom to create a "get-away" area. The Pinnacle does it all. I have back problems and it provides wonderful lumbar support. Every time I sit in it I go "aaaahhh!"

"This is our 5th LaZboy chair and none of the others are worn out. This chair fits me to a T because of my small frame. My husband loves his over-sized chair and I love mine. My chair is in a tan leather and I have been using it for about a year now and it still looks new. The only problem is, and I cannot see how it can be avoided , is wrinkles in the leather on the outside of the arms. It is a curved area and the leather is of a good thick quality, so it is what it is, as they say. I would recommend this chair to anyone who needs a smaller recliner that has to placed near a wall. It moves away slightly when tilted back, so that is good."
